American Bicycle Racing The FLCC is affiliated with the United States Cycling Federation, which until this year was the only organization to promote and regulate bicycle racing in the country. This year, though, there is a new organization that hopes to put on races and support the "ordinary" bike racer rather than elite professional or Olympic riders.
