Ithaca’s BAC On April 9 Ithaca’s Bicycle Advisory Council (BAC) met with Mayor Cohen to finalize the new charter that— if approved by Common Council in May—will transform and strengthen the BAC into the Bicycle–Pedestrian Advisory Council (BPAC). The BPAC will meet on the second Thursday of the month from 6:00 to 7:30 pm (this day and time could be changed to accommodate new members).
