Winter Coaching Clinics Start January 12 There will again be a series of monthly cycling coaching sessions held at Glenn Swan's place on Mt Pleasant. This year the club's coach is Tom Swensen, and he will be cooking up some topics for each occasion. The first clinic, January 12, will be a question and answer session on training and tactics. As in past years, 2:00–4:00 pm will be a time to try to get outdoors on mountain bikes or snowshoes (Glenn has some of each to lend if need be) or anything else the weather permits followed by some more serious clinicking. If you have an idea for a clinic topic or activity, by all means bring it up at the meeting. FLCC Board Meeting After the first coaching clinic, there will be a meeting for the FLCC board members. |
