First Wednesday Ride: April 8 On April 8, during the first week of Daylight Saving Time, we will resume our Wednesday evening rides. The group will start at 5:00 pm in the parking lot across from the Dairy Bar on the Cornell Campus. On April 8 the ride will be the relatively level Coddington–White Church Road loop, or about 20 miles. There is also a short option for those who don’t have the time or energy for 20 miles. Each Wednesday ride will be a different loop of about 20 to 30 miles, all over the Ithaca area (and always starting from the lot across from the Dairy Bar). The April 15 ride will be determined later, but plan now to join us each and every Wednesday. At the start of the season the rides begin at 5:00 pm, but as we get more light we’ll push the starting time back to 5:30 pm and then, eventually, to 6:00 pm (to encourage as much after-work participation as possible).
