Ride Schedule

June 7—Cayuta Lake Plus, 50 miles from Tompkins Professional Building parking lot, just north of the hospital on Route 96 (Cliff St). Start: 10:00 am. The full ride goes past Cayuta Lake to Odessa, then turns north along the ridge above Seneca Lake to NYS Route 79 at Burdett. There are many ways to make a shorter ride of this beautiful route, and a few ways to make it longer.

June 13 —NYS Time Trial; call Glenn Swan, 277-0495.

June 14—Owasco Lake, 32 miles starting at 10:30 am from The Market in Moravia; 70 miles starting from Friendly’s on Triphammer Rd. at 9:00 am. Anyone wishing to carpool to the start at Moravia should meet at Friendly’s at 10:00 am.

June 21—Honeypot, 40 miles starting at 10:00 am from the Marine Midland bank, East Hill. A 60-mile option returns via Crumtown.

 June 28—Skaneateles Lake, 40 miles round the lake, starting 10:30 am from the Colonial Bar, Bear Swamp. About 80 miles starting from the Dryden Post office, 9:00 am. Carpoolers must leave from the Marine Midland bank, East Hill, at 10:00 am.

July 5—Montour Falls, 47 miles starting at 10:00 am from The Store in Trumansburg (please park across the street from The Store in the municipal lot next to the laundromat). Start from Cass Park at 9:00 am sharp for the long option.

July 12—Lake Como, 65 miles starting at 9:00 am from the Marine Midland bank, East Hill.

 July 19—Newark Valley, 55 miles, starting at 9:00 am from the Marine Midland bank, East Hill.

 July 26—Marathon–Greek Peak, 65 miles, starting 9:00 am at the Marine Midland bank, East Hill.
