Bike Rodeo May 17 The Spencer-Van Etten PTSA (Parent Teacher Student Association) and the Spencer/Candor Lions Club will be having a bike rodeo on May 17th at the Spencer–Van Etten High School in Spencer, NY. We would like to invite the FLCC to participate in our event on May 17th if you are able. I believe that your organization would be a added benefit to our children’s bicycle education. We will be having a course for our young riders to educate them on the safety rules of bike riding and will have bike inspectors checking bikes and teaching kids how to work on their bikes and how to keep them safe. We will be providing free refreshment and some door prizes. If this is something that any of your organization members would be interested in attending we would be honored to have you. It would educate our children on the sport of bike riding, help you to promote your organization in our local area, and educate our community on the "safe" bicycle trails in the area.
