In 1996 we thought we would put the newsletters of the FLCC on the
web. Scrounging up some bits from the previous year, we began the
heroic chore of stealing time from bicycling for computer work.
After all is said and done, we have to admit defeat. The most concerted
efforts faltered and eventually stopped. Even the printed newsletter
has slowed down to a trickle from the monthly thing we had for a
couple years. So, this is probably it -- there will be no more.
We'll leave these accessible as long as a server space is available.
Among the articles there are a few memorable ones that are quite
worth finding and reading. But, unless a literary revolution makes
us reconsider, there will be no further newsletters added to this
archive.
There are vast gaps in the historical record. But there is riding
to do. The important stories and lies will get swapped while sitting
in the shade at the midpoint of a great summer spin.
