EASY RIDERS: SUMMER 2003
We ride with the FLCC Sunday tours; we follow
similar routes; we stop at the same convenience stores; we enjoy the same
scenery. Our trips are 25-35 miles and we average 10-13 mph.
We will work out routes and maps for next summer’s Easy Rider's
Sunday Ride. Although we do not have enough volunteers to act as
leads for each Sunday ride, we hope that posting our maps and
routes on the FLCC web page will encourage more easy riders to join us.
We average 10-13 miles/hr -- which is likely much less than the
average climbing speed for the fast riders.
Think about your favorite 25 to 30-mile route and e-mail a description
to Kathy Hopkins (HKathyHopkins@cs.com). We will include the maps and
routes for the "easy option" on the touring calendar of the FLCC web site.
