White Church -- 27 miles Start at the HSBC Bank on East Hill across from East Hill Plaza (corner of Mitchell St and Pine Tree Rd). Coming out of the parking lot, head left toward Cornell and Dryden Rd. Follow Thomas 2.3 miles to NY 79, cross and proceed on Lounsberry for 1.1 miles and cross the bridge over Six Mile Creek, cross Valley Rd. and follow White Church Rd on the regular route from there. This takes a few miles and a bit of climbing out of the ride. Along White Church Rd, several roads cross to Coddington and can provide shortened routes. Crossing at Caroline Depot Rd reduces the ride by 8 miles; crossing at Belle School Rd - by 5 miles. For a longer ride, turn left from Ellis Hollow Creek Rd at Ringwood, go 2.2 miles (up hill) to Midline, turn right. In 2.3 miles, it intersects Irish Settlement, bear right on Midline 2.6 miles to NY 79. Go right a half mile to Boiceville Rd, take a left and continue with main route. This adds only a bit over 4 miles to the distance, but with quite a bit of climbing. The left from Valley Rd onto White Church is tricky to spot. It's on a downhill, so we're going pretty fast. Look for a bridge across the creek on the right side. The turn is directly opposite the bridge.
