The
Club Jersey
After a heroic amount of planning, designing, coordinating, revising,
and procrastinating, the new FLCC club jersey made its appearance in the fall of 2003.
The front and back of the jersey show the same design -- the sun bursting
over the Finger Lakes. This spring, the sartorial options are doubled with the arrival of the FLCC club jacket. Featuring the familiar Finger Lakes motif on the front, the jackets have a breathable red back and windproof red sleeves. It's a thing of beauty.
The jersey and jacket are made by Louis Garneau. The
jersey runs bigger than expected, so you should probably
plan on a size smaller than normal. The price is $55 per jersey. The jackets seem to run more true to size and cost 70-something.
Steve Bowman, FLCC's autocrat of attire -- having followed his creation to fruition and seeing that it is good -- has handed off the merchandising to Fitterer and Fitterer.

Below, just a small hint of the worldwide distribution of this memorable design -- from Madison to Doha to Trumansburg! How far will the FLCC jersey take you?
