Start Time is 10:00.

Part of the Lance Armstrong Junior Olympic Cycling Series
- 6.8 mile loop with 500 ft of climbing per lap. A 23 tooth is recommended.
- Race starts at the Old Danby School on Gunderman Road in the Town of Danby (approximately 5 miles South of Ithaca). Finish is at the top of Jersey Hill and Gunderman Roads.
- Pre-register at BikeReg.com. Registration from 8:00 to 9:30am on day of race. $13.00 for pre-registration, $15.00 day of race, $10.00 for juniors (Cat 5 license fee not included). Pre-registration closes on August 4, 2004.
- Races start at 10:00am. LAJORS event for 15-18 and 19-22 year old Espoirs. ANSI approved helmet required for all races. Race promoter reserves the right to combine fields or change distance depending on weather and turnout.
- No Prize money. Food (famous cookies!) and refreshments provided for all riders and volunteers. T-shirts or water bottles for race volunteers.
